You have the option of adding a spouse/ significant other living at the same address or student-age children, to an Adult or Senior Contract.
Flexible Add-on - $35/month
Pay in full 1 month at a time; expiration date of add-on can't extend past the primary.
Fixed Add-on - $29/month.
Same contract length and payment method as primary.
College age students must have a valid school id to qualify for the Student pricing.
Initiation fee will also apply if a membership lapses more than 30 days after renewal.
